HELPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 328i driven by my girlfriend keeps overheating. Evidently she had an accident and forgot to tell me, duh. Now it just keeps redlining on the thermostat. I replaced the fan clutch and thermostat, there was a pinhole in one of the hoses replaced that. White smoke is coming out of one of the tailpipes I'm assuming the headgasket is blown and antifreeze is leaking into the exaust manifold. My questions are even with a blown head gasket if the cooling system is fine should it overheat? And what are the chances of the head warping, if so can they be cut if not to bad? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.:dunno:

Sounds like a warped or cracked head, which is one of the results of overheating. You're probably getting coolant into the combustion chamber, and that's why you've got white exhaust.
