16 second 325e with all stock internals ;) Gives me hope

ok heres my question...
As some of u know, my headgasket was gone or my head. But that doesnt seem to be the case. There is a slight milky residue in my oil cap. Its not much at all. Anyways my mechanic did a compression test and the results were a pass. No cracked head and the headgasket was all good to go. WHY IS THERE COOLANT IN MY OIL. Anyways he said the radiator was shoot real bad and i need a new one. Oil doesnt pass thru da radiator right? still wondering how coolant got mixed with oil. Any suggestions would be good :)
