I have a 2001 330ci with premium and sport package and the air conditionor when it comes on or the heat to the fan is on high and will not adjust up or down, when i push the button up or down it just stays the same unless i turn it off,

Stuck buttons? Personally I'd go in for a diagonistic check of the onboard cpu next time at dealer.
