Does you guys start right away within a second or two everytime?

I just recieve my car for about a month... I notice that half of the time it took quite a bit to

start. Yesterday morning was like 5 sec and the longest one was like 8 sec i believe. Is it

normal? I e-mail my dealer about it and they didn't reply me a thing...

It shouldn't take but a second or so, sounds like you have a problem. take it in and get it checked out, it is under warranty. :)

I'm sure it's just a minor repair/adjustment.

Do I just drive to the dealership? or I need to call someone? I probably just do it today. Don't want it to get worse and have more problems when school starts.

You can try picking it up and taking it to the dealership, that might hurt your back though. :bigpimp:

You sond like you just froze in time for the last decade or so LOL.

Here is what you do..

1. Call the dealer and ask for service dept.
2. Make an appointment.
3. If they ask why your coming in, give them a brief description of what you need them to check on.
4. Ask them to have a loaner ready when you drop off your car.

Thats all its to it.

Also I had my car for 2 + years and my start push button starts exactly right when I push it with no hesitation.

Great information this should be a sticky.

My 535i starts instantly (less than 1 sec.). I put the remote in... the radio comes on immediately. I touch the start button and the engine is running almost before I can get my finger off the start button.

I just went to Albertsons and it happened again this time about 4 second and I just notice something with it. Everytime that the car take longer than a second, the A/C blows out a freaking stink smell. Gotta go to dealer the first thing tomorrow.
