Hello everyone, I just bought a 2003 530 and besides the radio having loads of dead pixels, the damn CD drive don't work so it's boring as hell. I'm aware of the two different Chinese headunits all over fleabay and Amazon, but what has yall used from a more respectable brands, like Alpine, Kenwood, etc?

Kenwood DMX series. With wireless Apple Car Play. Works beautifully. You can hook up a front and rear cam to it. It replaces the whole existing system, so you will need new speakers installed.

Crutchfield has good stuff. Good sales/tech help, instructions & plug-in wire harness's.

I love my Avin Avant 4, looks factory, was plug and play even with DSP, and sounds way better than the stock radio did
