if on auto mode, all vents give out cold air. if not on auto mode, the left side of the dashboard vents gives out warm air. even if the outside temp is 32degress C. and the setting is 21degrees C.

tried turning the wheel to hot and cold, pressed all buttons and possible combinations on the controls, still the same effect.

any suggestions? thanks
