I totally agree with KChen.

I totally agree with Kchen’s comment. I have brought a new 2006 325i from Brian Jessel BMW in May and experienced undefined problem with my engine and poor quality of pre-delivery inspection e.g. lots of white stretches on the car. I have spoken to Brian Jessel sales manager, service manager and customer service manager. All departments were passing the responsibility to follow up the problems.
I have driven my car for less than a week and now I am driving the curtsey car for more than 30 days. Problem remains unresolved!!!
Brian Jessel proposed to replace the engine to my new car, which is unacceptable!!!

Please kindly advise some channels i.e. Auto council or association where I can escalate the problem before taking any legal actions

Stay away from Brian Jessel BMW!
