BMW coolant is blue. Meets G-48 spec; Zerox G-05 is commonly available, there are others. Low-phosphate, low silicate.

OK, we have 2200 miles to the next service, was checking vehicle fluids today and noticed the 328d was low on coolant. We decided to put in a bit of distilled water today, and go by the dealership tomorrow and pick some up.
