Not that I bought a 7 series but has anyone heard of the "Lemon Law" being applied on 7series for consistently breaking down. The Lemon Law here in Florida applies to new cars that have been in the shop more than a certain amount of days(don't remember the #). I have heard and personnaly know of 3 people that were offered other new BMW's for their 7series which had many problems. One friend was given a new 5series in exchange for their 7series with problems. Just wondering if anyone has heard or experienced such a thing. This kind of worries me with the 5series that has had some minor problems. Anyone? :dunno:

Sure just read any 7 series message board. You might get better response by posting on 7 series board as well. btw, BMW voluntarily bought back some troublesome 7s before they were lemoned...same thing with some early e60s.
