i think BMW would have to make it, i know some companies that make car covers but they wouldn't put the ///M logo on it becuase it is trademarked by BMW

That was a BMW part. I believe it's no longer available, so you'll have to steal one from someone else. There was a thread on this last year or two years ago.

Made for BMW M by a company called Bertelsmann.
Their part number for the M coupe one is 032 300 410.
340 DM +16% VAT back in 2001.

My BMW noah cover stayed on the roadster through a tornado, which in my book qualifies as high winds. Of course it didn't save the car from damage; broken windshield, dented trunk lid and rear fender from flying debris. But the cover stayed on.
