Dealers have told me that they were willing to order an April pickup on a 2006 525. '05 525's are out of production and thus not available ED. Because the pricing is not out yet, they were willing to settle for a price based on an invoice. i.e. they were willing to settle on $2000 over invoice. is this a good deal? should I do it?

I ordered my 525 in Jan thinking it was an 05 for may 12 delivery. $1000 over ED invoice. Just learned it will be an '06. Great ! Invoice is 37675, MSRP is 41755.
