Well, there are several of us here with production scheduled on or about April 12. I'd be interested to know everyone's progress from now until our babies get on the boat. My 330i was in Status 151 last Friday and is scheduled to be completed before Friday.
In other words, here's something else for passing the time on this long wait. :bawling:
And here's a schedule of ships leaving Bremerhaven for the US.
to Charleston (depart/arrive)
April 10/April 25
April 16/May 1 (2 ships)
April 22/May 7
April 23/May 8
Aprirl 28/May 13
to New York (depart/arrive)
--I know this is supposed to be Port Jersey, Newark, but the shipper's website listed no ships for Newark, so I'm guessing they list it as "New York":dunno:
April 10/April 23 (2 ships)
April 13/April 30
April 16/April 29
April 17/April 28 or April 30 (2 ships)
to Port Hueneme (depart/arrive)
April 16/May 13
April 22/May 18
April 22/May 20
April 29/May 28
Of course, I don't really know that each ship is capable of carrying cars, but I recognize many of the ship names from others' posts about which ship their cars were on. Apologies to 325's being built in South Africa -- Don't know how to compute your shipping information.
I also had a production date of 4/12. The BMWNA site now says that the car is produced but not shipped. Does that mean I should have delivery in about 4 weeks?
I just had to call BMW. They told me as of yesterday, it was heading to the port on a train. The customer service rep said since I am in the Philly metro area, I should HAVE it within 3 to 4 weeks!:thumb:

Check my sig for the details. BTW I dealt with Devon Hill. They gave me the best price plus they are 5 minutes from my house. Our area is very competive so I got a great deal. There are 4 dealers within a 20 minute drive.
I called my dealer today to inquire about the brand of tires that should come with the 330Ci with SP. He told me they just received a customer sold order and would check the type of tires that it came with. He just called me back to say that they came with Dunlops. I feel that they are a pretty good tire. Anyone have any thoughts on Dunlops?

Where does it show "estimated delivery date" on the owners circle? I cannot seem to find it. It says my vehicle is awaiting transport. If your car is in Jersey on the 23rd, give them 2 days to look it over and 1 day travel to MA, puts it at the 26th. Jeez...less then 2 weeks.
Just called BMWNA and I was told I have been status 193 since 4/11. Hopefully it will get on a ship this week. I'm leaving for a business trip to N.C. on Tuesday for the week. Hopefully when I get back and check, it will be on a ship steaming its way to N.Y.
I just called BMWNA a few minutes ago and they said I am still at status 193. My car arrived in Bremerhaven on 4/11. The rep said it can sometimes take 1 to 2 weeks before a car is loaded onto a ship. He also said that he feels it should be loaded either Friday or Monday. I just had to wait 3 months for my wife's MDX, so I am used to playing the waiting game.
Just got home from my trip and just checked the Owners Circle.
It shows en route:thumb: I'm on the same ship as everyone else. My estimated delivery date is 5/7.

Just got off the phone with the people at BMWNA. I am on the Queen Ace that left port on the 18th. The rep says it now supposed to get to N.Y. on the 28th instead of the 30th. He said the VPC is running very fast. I guess I'll have my vehicle by the first week of May.

Click on this link and then virtual tour. This will show you what the cargo hold loos like. http://www.2wglobal.com/Global/Root.jsp
I hope this works.
Would this be the same Queen Ace transport that our vehicles are on now. http://warship.simplenet.com/QueenAce.htm
I guess this was purchased from Nissan. They had nothing to deliver in it.
I just was contacted by my salesman.(that's a switch) He said I should have delivery within 10 or 11 days from today.:thumb:
I also checked and my car shows up in the Wallenius shipping site. I also just received my BMW car & key memory form and I am filling it out at this moment. It's getting close now.

Great looking car! Best of luck for you and the car. I sure the computer glich will be fixed ASAP. After seeing your pictures, I went on the BMWNA site and found out that my car is at the VPC. It shouldn't be long now.
