When it tries to lock, it makes a strange noise (kinda like a machine gun) and I can see the lock going up and down really quick, but I can't get the door to open from the inside or outside. Please help! Thanks in advance!!

You can get the lock actuator @ FCPeuro. That is potentially the issue. Do some exploring on YT.

I haven't been able to get the actuator just yet.

You need to open the door first before you can get actuator replaced..
