Hi all,

How to change battery class with ESYS in F30?

I can see, there is VCM_AEP_BATTERY_CLASS in FEM_BODY > 3210 SfSvdVcmGlobal which has values (90agm, 80agm, 70agm, etc).
Is this the right property?
Is it enough to FDL code FEM_BODY?

Yes, that is correct. Or chnage the E-Word for your Battery in FA and VO Code FEM_BODY.

But you need to Register Battery afterwards, and you cannot do so with E-Sys. You need ISTA.

Thanks for the answer.

I managed to change battery class with ESYS.

Afterwards, I registered new battery with ISTA using "use current battery class" option (which showed new battery class).

Everything seems to be OK.
