Blk/grn/wht connector under dash What's it plug into?

I did an e23/24 motor swap using the e24 harness and ecu. this was 2 years ago and I'm getting back to the project
I don't know what this connector by the ECM went to...
The green wire goes to the relay on the firewall.
The black wire is grounded with the coil
The white wire goes into the ECM.
My car won't fire without green jumpered to power... and the injectors are not pulsing at all.
