While replacing my F10 microfilter, I noticed pieces of the coarse filter embedded in the microfilter. When I inspected the blower housing, I noticed that the coarse filter had a hole in it.

Touching the coarse filter caused it to crumble even more. I have attached photos of the old and new housing cover and a closeup of the coarse filter. I am surprised with the quality of the coarse filter and how easily it crumbled.
For those of you under warranty, consider getting this inspected.
