I have an 04 745 with a 4.4
At idle when at temp it smokes the blue smoke. I have already updated the ccv valves and hoses. At the time I did that about 3-4 k miles ago and it stopped smoking then. But now the smoke is back. Any suggestions would be great.

Well you mean how do they prove that there not covering it....... Because of over extended oil changes alleged on your behalf, an you have neglected your car. I don't think they will cover it sorry. Sorry to say.

You should be able to prove it to them if you have service paperwork. This was not a problem when you purchased your warranty. If your oil changes were done at BMW's invervals (as long as they are) it should not be considered negligence. You are following the manufacturer's recommended schedule. If you are like most of us and change your oil between intervals it should help your case even more.
