Hi I brought a BMW 330D couple months ago recently hooked my OBD II and found this error code P14A7 (the car also lost power a few times) also ill be doing 39 MPG and start the next day and car will drop to 22 MPG like it resets itself. Anyways i took it to a so called BMW Specialist and he hooked it up and said the DPF is heavily clogged suggested a 3 part chemical clean which i did not go for and said your car is not Regenerating itself because the flow plugs or glow controller have gone on it so as he was too expensive i used this second BMW specialist who fitted my glow plugs and controller, now a few weeks later the code is back i took it back to the guy and he did a diagnostic and said he's getting codes like High Back Pressure wanted to do a Force Regen however i didn't go ahead with it as i need to find out why it isn't regenerating itself, I work half and hour away and do motorway miles i checked the car Temp on the way back from work and stayed around 71-75 C and once i hit city and parked the car home it was at 89C. I have no clue why this is happening what is even more strange both of them thought i had the DPF light coming on and when i told them that the DPF light hasn't come on they were both confused so called Specialist Huh If you guys have any knowledge in this it would be most appreciated Thanks in Advance People. Oh yeah i have this data from Freeze frame on OBD

DTC - P14A7
LOAD_PCT(%) - 99.6
ETC (*C) - 74
MAP(kpa) - 212
RPM(/min) - 3196
VSS(KM/H) - 113
IAT(*C) - 16
MAP(g/s) - 163.71

Thanks again guys

Did you ever find the fix for this as I’ve got the same issue on my 2005 e91 330d, also says it running at 12psi and my 0-60 on a decent launch was 11.5 seconds
