I was trying to connect BMW AUX cable from ebay. I knew they don't work with my radio, but it did work for some people with S609A. I still tried and it did not work for me. Mode says "NO MAGAZINE".
the radio from google images:

S606A Navigation System Business
S644A Preparation F Mobile Phone W Bluetooth
S676A HiFi Speaker System

VIN: WA01354

I found out I have BMW IPOD INTERFACE connected to my radio.

Is there any cables or options to have BT or AUX via IPOD interface? I don't think BT ready phone would give me BT right?

Yes to this..a BT IPOD Adapter. ..I use android version. I too found this iPod adapter on my 04 X3 looks like its factory / dealer installed (OP took really good care of the car)

Not totally convenient (has it's own battery therefore charging is needed periodically and consequentially it has it's own on/off switch)
Nevertheless it "fits the bill" for the time being, until I find someone selling the audiovox media BT unit designed for BMW...

I bought something like this

https://www.amazon.com/Nulaxy-Wirel...er+for+car&dpPl=1&dpID=41xN89WMbuL&ref=plSrch

Let’s me play music or make calls through the FM transmitter, which has worked 100% clear surprisingly. As I wired my Sirius with an FM blocker, I have both radio stations saved on adjacent presets, so switching between the 2 is actually quicker than pulling the dash to connect one to “Aux.”
