The PDC module does not usually fail, the wiring harnesses on the front & rear fail 1st. The module is in the trunk located as above. What kind of problems are you having?
Which ever system is not working as far as the front & rear, change out that wiring harness. These harnesses are very fragile, & will break very easily. I would bet money that the module is not your problem.

New harness only!
Strange that they both would fail at the same time. Does the module have power coming to it?
Here you go.

Have you tried holding your finger on all of the sensors for 3 to 5 seconds, to see if they vibrate. If none of them vibrate, I would start thinking the module is bad.
I would think it is a shorted wire on the harness somewhere, instead on a sensor. No one has painted the bumpers before without taping the sensors off by chance?
There will be another harness to connect to on side of the bumper. The front is on the passenger side, I don't remember where the rear connector is? Why you have the bumper cover off, you should go ahead and install new batteries in the alarm siren. They are an odd size battery, but they are out there. There should be some info on the battery in the DIY forum.
