BMW E63 PDC Module Location

I would think it is a shorted wire on the harness somewhere, instead on a sensor. No one has painted the bumpers before without taping the sensors off by chance?

Purchased a replacement rear harness, does it go directly to the PDC module or does it plug into near the rear tail light cluster as part number correct checked on realoem but cable seems too short from body to cable connector?

There will be another harness to connect to on side of the bumper. The front is on the passenger side, I don't remember where the rear connector is? Why you have the bumper cover off, you should go ahead and install new batteries in the alarm siren. They are an odd size battery, but they are out there. There should be some info on the battery in the DIY forum.
