To the extent those punched cars (the cars that they are referring to in the article) are still on the dealer's lot, you can still buy these cars with the discount (option allowance) through Sept. 3rd.

I think the $7,000 was referring to the 7 series. For the 5 series, I believe that its $2,500 for the 528, $3,500 for the 535 and $4,000 for the 500.
