Hello, I everyone I wanted to know if you guys ever had your bmw I8 stuck in electric mode and if you switched it to the gas motor it just cuts off and misfiring I don't know whats wrong with the car so any help would be amazing

the dealer I am buying it from says they cleared all the codes so I really don't what to do they said its not poping back up
