I just had my windshield replaced recently and the installer left three awful grease/grime/glue smudges on the gray portion of the headliner along the a pillars. They came right of with Griott's Interior Cleaner and a paper towel.

Which is why I hate taking my car in for service.

Yeah, well - what are you going to do when the windshield has a 12" crack that is growing? Actually, I suspect if the dealer did such repairs, it would not have been botched with stains. They have been pretty good so far. This was done by an auto glass replacement business that comes to you - with special order original equipment. Which reminds me - well, different topic. I will put it in a new thread.
