Has anyone else used this product and been turned off by the smell. When it comes out of the bottle it smells OK, but after it dries a little, it smells bad. Is this a common feature of these types of cleaners/conditioners? Anyone used anything that leaves a better scent after application.

I've heard some people say Lexol smells real bad too--and that is generally the most popular cleaner. I've heard both Zaino Z10 and Pinnacle have an artificial smell that alot of people like. I think I've also heard some people like the Eagle One smell. I still need to go out and take a whiff of that before I pick something.

Oh, Griot's supposedly smells like leather too--they even package the scent. LOL

No smell with BMW leather cleaner

I used it last week-end to remove a stain on my leather seats. No odor to speak opf. Maybe you have an old bottle and the conditioning oilshave turned rancid?
