My 2012 535i is to be picked up at PCD in a couple of weeks. Dumb question time. If something happens to a runflat, what does roadiside assistance due if I'm out past the driving range?

What happens if I switch to non-runflat all seasons for the winter and I get a flat - will roadside assistance still help - ?
