I have seen all the posts but I am not 100% clear. Are there any options to install an integrated XM Radio Module on a 2007 X3 with Navigation, DICE IPOD in the console and NAVTOOL Module with a Pioneer ND-BC2 reverse camera installed.

Not integrated, as the XM Direct kits only work with Business CD vehicles.

To put a final nail in the coffin - BMW discontinued manufacturing Sirius receivers for the X3. Your only option would be a portable unit through AUX.
