To solicit some help, I think you need to put something more meaningful in your thread title,
and provide more info., such as model year, miles, M/T or A/T, and whether the transfer case fluid has ever been changed.
But based on what I have seen, those 2 lights coming on intermittently, could mean the (external) transfer case actuator is having problems.
Not too bad of a fix in terms of part cost and minimal labor. (Might be about 600 pounds sterling.)
Most people who have had that also hear a clicking noise when shutting down the engine - good clue.
Other people have had a 3rd. light on, the A/T one, and driveability symptoms - that's often a bigger problem with the transfer case itself.
On the other hand, you might just need a wheel sensor cleaning or replacement.
