Hi,

I recently installed an m performance brake kit on my car with upgraded callipers and increased disc size. The last part of the installation guide is to program the car in ISTA 4 - "Retrofit Sport Brake Installation" in the "Retrofit" tab.

I've bought a version of ISTA for diagnostics, coding and programming. This is my 2nd time using ISTA after having to bleed ABS pump etc during physical install.

I've found what I believe to be the option for the retrofit kit:


When I click this option it seems to get added to a "Measures Plan" where a whole load of things are being updated. I've heard of horror stories of updating SW going wrong and bricking car and also it appears to be updating my DME so this might affect my remap and potentially lock the DME?



Is it not possible to do just the retrofit update?
