No good solutions that I've heard of.
In part it depends on how you drive, though. I went through pads and rotors in 10,000 miles. Obviously, ANYTHING that compromises brake performance and longevity is NOT an option for me. The big problem with dustless pads is that they have a tendency to eat rotors.
Whatever you do, don't put those dorky brake shields on. They just look stupid and screw up your brakes.
