I'm in the Bronx, my advice to you is but the bulbs from Amazon or eBay and install them yourself, it really makes no sense to pay someone 40-$50 to swap out those bulbs. Will take you a total of 10 minutes tops. If you don't want to go that route I can point you in the direction of a few reputable shops out here in the Bronx that can do it for you right now

Well the respectable shop I went to said they have to take the bumper off because I have LCI Halogen 328i

Take a look at your headlights. On the top there should be a cover towards the back. With a flathead screwdriver you can pop that open. The bulb is right there
