If I order the car are the current interest rates locked
If they go up when I take delivery do I get the current rate or
do I have to pay the high rate is the reverse true if the rate goes

Rates typically lock for 60-days after the end of the program month and some specials are on inventory cars only.

For example, let's use Oct 09's program rates. The lock would be good until 12/30/09, so it depends a lot on if you're able to find a car in inventory somewhere or need to custom order.
