i replace mine once a year. it could probably be replaced every 6 months though.

Nice find. I got Mann charcoal filters on Amazon for just under $18. I put them in last night. They don't have the fancy frame that come with the BMW oem type but they look up to the task.

if you are feeling really cheap, you can clean the existing ones out with a leaf blower lol

But yeah, menhir it looks like you found a good price

AutohauseAZ.com sells Mann brand charcoal filters for $23.74 and Bosch for $24.69 with free shipping on all orders over $50. If you want to forgo the charcoal ones they also have $15 Micronair ones.
