Hi Guys,

I've just realized that on my X1 (E84 from 2013) the left and right break lamps are not working. Only the top middle (on the trunk).
Couple of days ago a friend of mine did some coding with a Carly adapter, mainly focusing on the daylight lights configuration. But I am wondering if this is some a result of some mistakes in the coding or just coincidently the bulbs burn out?
Can you disable/enable any break lights with coding?

Thanks,
Tamas

Not sure if it can do that but carly can damage coding, i had a person that used carly to code cic and it lost half its settings and language changed and could nit be reverted back even with disconnecting battery over night, ended up flashing cic and coding with standard tools and all was back to normal

Hi,

Finally we managed to restore from backup. I am not sure which setting is the one, but indeed the Carly coding disabled the left/right break lights.
Luckily the tablet had a backup, and we used it to restore....
