I can't think of a caption for that, but that fuel economy put my 320d to shame! It also seems to have the Volkswagen Sports Package as well 
I believe that Keijo "Keke" Rosberg (Finland) still holds the world record distance on four liters (roughly one US gallon) of diesel: 1,350 kilometers. That was also set in Volkswagen.
Concept cars like this are interesting to look at and prove that if car makers want to improve fuel economy to the extreme, they can. I wonder when they will be forced to sell the public vehicles like this.
