You need to charge a battery, at least try it. I had same thing after I had light rear ended and car spent week at dealer/body shop waiting for new bumper cover and distance sensors. I was cleaning car after I got car back and radio was playing and got shut off by itself, I re-started again but it would shut off after 10 min. I went dealer, well they tried to sell a new battery but I showed them receipt that I replaced battery 6 months ago, so after kept car for almost a week they charged battery and all problems are gone. Since that time I drove 5,000 miles and never had problems with electrical issues.
