read an article in Cigar Aficionado on driving shoes made by Carshoe and Tod's. They look like mocassin slippers with rubber nubs on the bottom of the shoe. Carshoe's shoes look particularly good. Tod made one pair in blue suede. They look comfortable, but also look like you're walking around in slippers. And if the ground is just a little wet, it looks as if your feet will become soaked. anybody have any experience with these shoes?

Nope, but I drive best with just socks on, so this sounds like a perfect set of shoes. :D

Tod's are nice shoes. Although they can be used for driving, I wouldn't call them 'driving shoes'. Very comfortable, and yes, they resemble mocassins without the tassles. $$$ though, unless you go to Century 21 or some other bargain store:D .
