I have a 06 750Li with a DVD Changer in the trunk, as well as Sirius Sat Radio, If I buy (ebay) the CD changer that fits in the passenger side of the Dash , will it work in combanation with the changer in the trunk, in other workds will I in effect have 2 CDC's in the Entertainment menu.
Also will the car need additional "programing" as it did when I had the Sirius unit installed?
Is it posible this is a DIY or should I have the dealer install it?

Or should I scrap that whole plan and go with an oMbridge solution, EAS is local to me and Tomg is a pretty alright guy. He flashed my M3 and upgraded the computer for nothing.

Yes it will work. mine came with both. As with all equipment it "should" require programming. I would go with the Mobridge and an ipod though.

Im sure that are many with a mobridge... can I keep my Sat and dvd changer?

also I was looking on the EAS website and they say that the 06 and higher models of our cars (750) dont work or in some way are not compatible... I should Give TomG a call on this.
