What do you guy use for cleaning the Dash? I know what to use for the leather seats, but I believe the dash is Vinyl.

I first go over it with a microfiber mitt to collect the dust/dirt then use Griots "Interior Cleaner" and finally Griots "Rubber and Vinyl dressing".

I recently switched from Vinylex to 303 Aerospace Protectant. 303 provides a less shiny finish which I prefer.

I think that the 303 does a fantastic job and it does seem like it repels dust rather than attracting it. I did my dash with it 2 weeks ago and still looks great and no dust.

Sounds like 303 cleans and conditions and repels dust! I will have to get some and try it out.

If you're referring to 303 Aerospace Protectant, it actually has a very mild cleaner...not really enough to 'clean' the dash. Maybe once or twice a year, you'd want to use Griot's interior cleaner or any good quality leather/vinyl cleaner (diluted) on your dash and then follow it up with a dressing like 303.
