Clear indicators

Hello all,

I have just bought my first bmw last week, went from a vauxhall corsa diesel (for my UK chums) anyway, i got a 1997 318i, love the car to bits, only the front indicator casings are orange, and i think they would look much better if the were clear. So my question is...

Would the clear indicator casings from a 1990 320i 4dr saloon fit my 1997 318i 4dr saloon?

if so what would i need to look out for when replacing it problems or snags people have found, and also what kind of blubs would i need to use?

1990 should be a e30 (older style) compare to your one (e36)
they are totally different

If they are both e36, 4 door will match 4 door lights.

As stated, 1990 E30 will not fit yours, get down to your local motor factor (assuming he supples panels) you can get clear lenses from a spurious supplier. Straight swap, works well, orange bulbs needed obviously.

go to ebay they all sorts of clear turn signals.
