98-Z3-2.8////Ok installed new clutch stop and got set up perfect. Problem is now ignition switch won't make to start car. If anybody can help on the location so I can jump out this switch that would be great. I am gonna pull apart under dash and search. Just figured I would ask first to try to make easier. Thanks

There is an electrical contact somewhere near the clutch pedal to make sure that the clutch is released before starting the car. My guess is that your new clutch stop is too high. You need to screw the new clutch stop in a number of turns until this safety switch on the clutch pedal is engaged.

I ultimately removed my clutch stop and went back to stock. Our clutch release point seems to change based on vehicle temperatures. You need to set the clutch stop after a highway drive on a hot day. I couldn't get the car into first gear when the car was warmed up with the clutch stop in the lowest possible position, so everything was returned back to stock.
