Coding doesn't save new values on one of my cars.

I've bought a K+DCAN cable for NCSExpert and ISTA+. I've had great experiences so fun, but one car seems to not accept my coding anymore. A 2006 BMW E60, on which I've coded double impulse hazard lights few months ago (and I've had no problems doing this) now doesn't save new values I make in NCS Dummy nor changes I make in FSW_PSW. After I do any change, it says Coding ended (no errors pop out), but nothing changes. I've tried coding the LMA (in which I've activated double impulse hazards) and tried resetting the LMA to factory out of curiosity, and that also does not work anymore for some reason.
I've coded the same option recently on a 2004 BMW E46 and had no problems, but I don't understand why the BMW e60 does not save the worked fsw psw file, as I am doing the same thing as I did on the e46 and when I first coded double hazards. Anyone got a solution? Thanks.

I've tried both the Default profile and the Revtor's NCS Expert Profile. I think I tried Expert Mode too, but usually Revtor's did the job for other cars.
I remember when I've first coded on that same e60 I used default profile and it worked with no problems, now it just doesn't
