I replaced a toasted vvt module on my 2003 745 Li with a used unit and need to recode it to my car. Can someone point me to the coding instructions for this or tell me how and what parameters are needed? I have Ediabas, NCS Expert, and INPA software and cable.

I have had my car for over a year and still not got the confidence to do this, luckily I have not had to !
It's is a steep learning curve as I have spent some time reading through various posts but still don't know what the vvt module does!
presumably you have got the cable working with the car (this took me ages first time out)
- hopefully someone will help and you can keep us informed on how you get on!
