The complete guide to all wheel styles available on the 2012 BMW 3 Series Sedan, chassis code F30. We expect more wheel styles to appear as we move from initial production to full production, including the wheels for the xDrive and HybridDrive 3. For now these are the wheels BMW is offering with the 2012 3 Series Sedan.

Is there any info out there yet that tells what size these rims are? I know some are 17, 18, and 19 but I'm not sure which are what size.

I like the 392s but I'm not sure if they are 17 or 18. I am fairly certain the 401s are 19 inch. In some photos I've seen, the 401s look too big for the car but I'm sure many will disagree.

The 397s are especially nice but again, not sure if they are 18 or 19 inch.

I updated the original thread with the generic wheel sizes (17/18/19) for everyone. I will try to add in more information later today to make it even more helpful!

Hope it helps.

Updated the thread with more details on the full wheel and tire sizes. No real information about the M sport wheels other than a 18 and 19 option. Will try to get more information about it.

After almost 10,000 miles, a few wheel-based observations:

1. The Luxury line multi-spoke wheels are a lot better looking than I originally thought.

2. The no-line star-spoke wheels are a lot worse looking than I originally thought.

3. The utter lack of brake dust is a godsend.

4. What you don't realize until you drive the car at dusk is that the wheels that come with any line look matte silver in photographs but have a highly-reflective coating that makes them look like glossy polished steel once high-noon dissipates.

I like those wheels.

They would be a pain to clean if you were getting a lot of brake dust.
