I purchased a CPT 9000 v60x (Sprint) from ebay. The phone is activated and working just fine out of the car cradle. I inserted the phone in the cradle and tried to operate through the voice activated and OBC systems but it doesnot work. It say "no network" connection at this time. Again, the phone is verified to be activated. I called the dealer but the next available appointment is 10 days out. Is the dealership the only one that can remedy this issue? Any suggestions from you folks. Thanks in advance.
