Hmmmm, UPS doorbell ring...I didn't order anything recently, what could this be? Doh!

Okay, so I remember the thread where I doubted the Microfiber towel, concerned that it might have scratched my finish...so E36M3, a Meguiars rep I'm assuming, said he'd send me some of his companies Microfiber towels...what comes in the box is this:

Now, its been about 8 years since I've used Meguiars products, on my boat...haven't used them on an automobile since I bought a new 1991 truck in , 1991 :) White finish, hard to tell what kind of job wax does on white finishes...so, I'm beginning a full detail tonight, taking tomorrow off to complete it. I will give a full honest report of what I think of the product line and particularly the microfiber towels.

On that note, here's a side by side comparison of the Meguiars microfiber towel on the left (white) and Griots Micro on the right (light yellow) Basically the 'nap' is identical.

So, beginning now, I;m off to play with yet some more new products, the only thing I will add to this nice assortment of "playtoys" will be some Griots Machine polish #3, and a coat of P21S Paint cleaner. Then its Meguiars for the rest of the "session". Look for a follow up post tomorrow afternoon/evening.

Thanks E36M3, you didn't have to go that far, I feel like your trying to draw me to the "dark side" ;)

I use "Endurance" on my tires, great stuff... ya can throw the rest away since it was free. I tried the detail spray this weekend... then begged my car to forgive me and went back over it with Speedshine (we are back on speaking terms now)
