The full LED headlights are standard on an M40i. However, on the 30i, you need the Executive tier to get full LED headlights -- otherwise, you have old/boring LED lights with halogen high beams. The "icon" LED headlights, standard in the M40i and in the 30i Executive package, refer to the partial hexagonal shapes around the lights; non-icon lights have an old round shape.
