Dingolfing/Oktoberfest

Anyone who wants to tour the Dingolfing Factory around the Oktoberfest:

Here's the tour schedule for English tours:

Sept 2, 9, 16, 30

Oct 7, 14, 28

All tours are on Fridays at 2pm and require advanced reservation:

So Can I do it in a day????

If I arrived in Munich on 8AM flight then picked up the car ED could we catch the 2pm tour???? What time could I schedual the ED to fit in there. Is there a place for lunch at the ED location or the factory????

I would probably opt for a taxicab from the airport directly to the ED center given your timeframes. The ED center opens at 8:30 (if I recall) and it will take you about 1.5 to 2 hours before you're rolling out of there. So you can easily do it. Dingolfing can't be more than an hour drive from Munich...if that. You do need to confirm a reservation for the tour...do it in advance as soon as you order the car. As far as your other questions I'd let others here pipe in with advice or send an email to Mr Hoffmann at Dingolfing. (see above) HAVE FUN!

I was planning on doing the same thing but they moved the tour up to 11am which I would not make. I think you can make it there by 2pm as long as you pick up the car right after you get there. The factory is about 1hr away. :thumbup:
