Door ding question; need opinions

I just got my first door ding after having the car for almost one and a half years. Fortunately, I was there when it happened and the other person is the friend of a friend. He agreed to compensate me for the damage. I got a quotation from one of those paintless dent removal places and the cost is under CAN$150 (US$100). The guy also told me that additional dents are only CAN$20 each.

My question is, should I go ahead and get it fixed, or wait until I get more dings? (as mishaps like this are bound to happen again sometimes)

Anyway . . . sounds like a good plan . . . see how you feel and if it bothers you, like you said, you could always have it done.

funny, I say that too, if its a ding, its a door ding, from someone else's door

I'd rather park my car away and walk further to prevent dings.

two years and zero dings... I also park about 3 miles away, I like to walk
