Driver Side seat belt buckle

The driver side seat belt buckle is jammed. Is there anyway of taking this thing apart and rebuilding it or do/should I buy a new one? Bavauto has the buckle for about $200, so I'd like a cheaper alternative?

I've rebuilt seat belt buckles on several occasions. Also built one out of two. Hardest part is getting in and out..
Hit the local salvage yard.
i had to slap the sh!t out of mine to get it to unjam 
. if you're not up to belt buckle abuse, then ebay is gonna be your best bet
